I usually draw or map out what I want the card to look like.. then the hard part comes.. Making the card or item so it turns out like what I have drawn! LOL sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. My maps usually lead to other ideas, but are a good start! I am not very good and taking what other people make and switching up colors or images to match my style. For some reason I have to do it my way! LOL Hmmmm wonder if that says something about me!!! LOL I have notebooks full of ideas of items to create!! I now am going to start going through all of them and doing them!!!! FUN!!!
Here is a little drawing of how I create! How do you do it??? Would love to see some of your creative processes! :)

Stamp Camp!!!
I have a stamp camp coming up this weekend! She will have 16 people there!!! I am soo excited to share with them what I have come up with! I hope they will like what I have.. Here is a little preview of some of the projects we will be doing! :)

I love making my own patterned paper!!! I also love using a little Basic Black in a project! This whole project uses the new In Colors!!! Pear Pizzazz, Peach Parfait, and Poppy Parade! I am loving the Pear Pizzazz.. I am sort of addicted to GREENS!!! :)
I love doing a simple card. Just easy and to the point! I love that this card makes me feel peaceful! The colors used are: Chocolate Chip and Always Artichoke. (One of my favorite color combos!)
I will upload more pics of Saturday's cards tomorrow! Leave me a comment and let me know what you think!

Leave a comment and let me know what you think! ALSO!!! I need some ideas for more hostess gifts... AND some incentive gifts!
Thanks all and have a great day! :)

Stampin' Event!
Today I went to an event and my swap card won 1st prize!!! Wow was I shocked! It felt really good. What a boost to my self-esteem! I needed it! I feel ready to start up with business again!
Anyway,.... here is the card I made:

The flower is made with Stampin' Up!'s circle scallop punch.. and then you smash the paper around to loosen the fibers and then tear them apart and then I slit the scallops all the way around.
It is very easy!!!! Anyone can do it!!! Try it out!
Have fun stamping!

First Post
Here it is!!! Here is my first blog post!!!
Just got back from Stampin' Up! Convention!!!!! WOW it was awesome! I loved every minute of it... EXCEPT!!!!!! it was so hot I felt like my skin was melting off of my face and body! :( LOL ..
The boys decided to come with me... and we drove.. it was miserable! 14 hours in the car each way. Thankfully my parents live almost half way in-between... so we were able to stop and crash there and they fed us! MMMMMMMMMMMMMM gotta love that!
My swap card was very simple and easy to make.. I love simple cards.. Everything I used to make this card was from Stampin' Up! Feel Free to use this idea or change it!

I am going to post some of my daily life.. but also some card ideas and swaps! Hope you like them! feel free to comment!
